      Good and friendly people and upper management, Proper basic facilities, Work is really good but lacks structure.

      Cons

      Unrealistic expectations and deadlines. Improper work management, the workload is too much and not structured. No training was provided even after asking several times. Not flexible but unnecessarily long working hours. The manager will make you work overtime and on weekends and still no credit is given.
