Actual quality of the final systems is atrocious, but expected when using suppliers from China and the systems are manufactured in Springfield MO, with workers who have no appreciation of hygienic sytems for Biologic drugs. Salary is awful. Travel policy is terrible. Force you to sign "per diem" expense letters, for foreign projects, so you can't claim your full entitlements if your allowance is exceeded. No cars offered on company travel locally or abroad. Working hours break the break, the Organisation of Working Time Act, 1997 in particlular section 15 & 17. Yearly Salaryies increase based on a rating system of months worked, approximately 2%, not the individuals performance. No increase in salaries when promoted to lead roles. Will lie in intial interviews to bring you on board. Middle and upper management, are absolutely terrible cowards, with no back bone. Work in fear with governance remotely from the US. All decisions are filtered through the US. Overtime rate is 4%. No flexitime. No days in lieu. No continual professionl development or training offered.

Hypocritical micromanagers at the top. Boiler plate sales approach. Non-existent product literature. Long hours plus weekends. Lack of accountability. Too many meetings and redundancies. Unqualified and inexperienced management in charge of sales team and applications engineering. Overpriced equipment and services. Inability to listen, learn and change with the times. Unchecked executive team egos. Long interview cycle. Lack of technical training.
