      There is no tax deduction or anyother reduction in salary.

      Cons

      1. Salary not on time(they actually missed my one month salary). 2. No guidance or suggestion from senior designer (senior toh alag hi attitude mei ). They just provide you a product document (BRD) and tell us to design everything (literally like "ab karo").
