      Pros

      Really fun employees, well-structured company. Salary was negotiable. Great job & company if you are planning to advance in your RBT certification and obtain higher licensing in the field.

      Cons

      Only complaints is the work schedule and sick days. Higher ups get fed up when you get sick even when it is uncontrollable. Lack of proper communication.

      - Did their best to put you with students in your area - Had great support from BCBA'S who worked for the company - Could work on the weekends/ over school vacations

      Cons

      - Training's did not always align with my schedule since I work full time else where - Had to still work/ visit homes even during bad weather conditions (snow)
