You will be micromanage from day one. As a supervisor, you are not allowed to make your schedule ever. This means that if you have a doctors or dentist appointment, you will have to make up those hours. Management is typically unavailable at all times. You are expected to be either in the center or at home for 40 hours a week and that must be accountable. While at the company, I was forced to spend multiple hours up to four or five doing nothing based on their motto statement. You are treated like an entry-level employee from day one. If this is your first ABA job, you might not know better however, most companies just require you to meet a minimal of 25 hours. This place expects you to be present and doing nothing for the other hours. What they don’t tell you is that you have to wait three months to get any sort of benefits either. They claimed to be a nonprofit however they work style is very for-profit. I would highly recommend you not apply to this company, unless you are absolutely desperate.
