      Pros

      The staff, clients and company culture are amazing. It felt like a family where everyone supported each other.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, the owner of the company lied to employees about the state of the company and decided to close with just a few days notice. Many things came to light after- potential fraudulent billing of clients/ insurance, 401k theft, and over all dishonesty to employees.

      Pros

      People that I worked with directly were great. Clients and families were fun to be with. Had good benefits and a 401K plan, however you needed 20 hours to qualify which was difficult to achieve in the first 3 months.

      Cons

      Promised full time position within a quick amount of time (30-36 hours), after 2 months still working part time ( less than 20 hours). This company is growing fast, and therefore is a bit unorganized, as a new employee I felt forgotten about.
