If your not in the club you won't survive the environment. Worst management in government contracting. If you speak up against management be ready for HR to drive you out. They are blinded by money and are willing to keep on terrible and stupid managers just to get a big pay day. Managers scream at employees. And the CEO then accuses employees of using disabilities as a crutch.

It was job, and it wasn't necessarily all bad. Most employees there (peers) are good people, all in the 'suck' together. They do operate on this small-business mindset, and the cracks are showing and they assume because this is how they've done things all along, it's fine to continue down this way. There has been some seriously egregious things happen in the org, only to have them swept under the rug because they're friends/family. -no investment in infrastructure -believes that their 'small-business' mindset is still applicable (2014 revenue is 178,000,000) -management is too flat -little accountability -does not value talent, will throw their 'weight' around at employees -questionable policies (some appear to be illegal, or conflict with fed regulations) -very apparent nepotism, to the point where they will remove employees who violate policies -appears that the owners are waiting for another company to buy them up so they can cash-in (no investment into the business and it's employees, cutting costs to increase pay out when the time comes)
