Upper management does not care about you only the numbers. You will drive your vehicle and put all kinds of miles on it to drive all over to cover different stores without being reimbursed, and as soon as you have car trouble you will be expected to uber or cab to work, if you get sick and can barely stand you will be expected to still come to work and perform at 100% even with a doctors note, you will work your butt off and never be valued as an employee. You will be spoken to as if you have absolutely no education and made to feel that you can never do anything correctly. Even if your customers love you it will not matter nor make any difference to how you will be treated at this company as a person!!
