      The ability to move up in the company and you have a voice within the company. Your treated more like family than an employer.

      Working a half day every Saturday.

      You get to work in an office by yourself and have awesome people at other stores and at corporate available to you all day long. The district manager is always willing to help you with whatever you need. We are moving in the right direction.
