      Pros

      Free food on Friday and clean facilities.

      Cons

      Toxic environment, no upward mobility, unethical business practices. It is simply not a healthy place to work. Additionally, the CEO/owner heavily favors the Chinese nationals that he brings into the organization. He literally gives careers and the best positions to Chinese nationals (H1B) over US citizens that are perfectly capable of performing in these roles. He does this for control and lower pay. I question the legality of it. Very high turnover as well.

      Pros

      Sounds good at first but just wait until it's time to get paid.

      Cons

      Extremely high turnover in headquarters. Moral is non existent ,this stems from the CEO on down. Micro management from the multitude of un qualified "managers".

      Pros

      Great aesthetic atmosphere, top of the line office furniture, work spaces, break area's. Very impressive.

      Cons

      Don't let the aesthetics fool you. Read these reviews and know they are true. Total chaos in management and leadership. They will hire you in for one thing and force you to do something else. They will take advantage of your abilities and have utterly no respect for your experience. It's a culture based environment that doesn't trust anyone. From the CEO down. Management is a joke on all levels.
