Great peers to work with. Some of the best techs I've associated with are here. Project managers are experienced and know how to engage with customers. I've been to enough walkthroughs to see that they are professional.
Cons
Upper management doesn't know what's going on and provides little direction. Sales, without proper support capability, are pushed very hard due to a mild case of desperation on their part. Trying way too hard to inject themselves into as many business silos as possible, diluting the company and the ability to grow along with it. CEO does not have a solid, laser focus on where the company should be going and shows a level of mistrust and fear that is quite scary in a company of this age. That, along with the highly restrictive, and bordering on illegal, NDA/Non-Compete you are forced to sign, makes this a company to avoid at all costs. There are plenty of other far better run companies in this space. Search them out. Stay away from this one.
