Pros

Their corporate values are "Open, Honest, Listen, and Accountable"

Cons

The upper management does not come close to following their corporate values. No vision or leadership from upper management. The company is adrift. They are just looking for someone to buy them out. Lot of management from Goodyear that think they are still at that size corp.

Excellent compensation, health benefits and 401K.

Cons

Lacking integration capabilities and engage HR function. Difficult/deep morale issues associated with all-thumbs management approach to M&A.

Pros

It's a good job that pays well. When technicians are allowed to actually do their job with little micromanaging things run pretty smoothly. Active work.

Cons

Understaffed, terrible management. When you start you are told that you are a self managed work force, but you will soon realize every action you take is micromanage by 9 different people. The new regime of managers that have taken over are slowly killing morale in the plant and are running the plant in the ground. Also, favoritism runs wild in the plant. If you are not in the little circle of trust with management, then you are treated poorly.
