Work-life balance - They respect office hours
Cons
Not flexible in terms of hybrid setting, medical benefit is very little and not extended to family. Bonus arrangement is very weird - must complete one financial year (august N-july N+1) but will be given in december N+1.

Good team and college to work with. Alot of learning opportunity from the team and collaboration
Cons
Old mentality management, work are abit lesser organized. worst company benefit's for employees. No employee health wellbeing taken into consideration.
