Amazing and passionate co-workers. Being able to provide direct care to a diverse community of families, schools, and children.
Cons
Medi-Cal billing is an unending chore (as typical in other agencies), there is heavy pressure from the leadership team to bill high and consistently despite the usual restraints of being a community-based program, lack of transparency from the executive team to clinicians, and a general lack of accountability from the executive team.

Thanks for taking the time to write a review. We understand the work can be challenging, and we try to provide plenty of support so that our clinicians and clients can thrive. We appreciate constructive feedback and will share your comments internally.
The people working there are compassionate, you feel like you are able to make a difference in the lives of the women and children working there. Everyone is easy going and genuinely cares about what they do.
Cons
The only negatives I can think to say is the stress that comes with the job itself, I know Teresa could be a bit hard to get a hold of sometimes.
