Pros

Give me a minute. Wait. Still thinking. Well, the punster's gone. The legacy of let's pull out ideas we had in the 90's has disappeared. I think. Let's see. They try to be creative. They try to look creative. Ok, that's not too bad. Right? And, they give you off during Xmas. Something the other agency did way before them. Not much innovation. Although they talk a good game. Oh, I forgot. The nepotism is not as rampant.

Cons

Yep, they've got some Cons. CEO? Really? And what does this CEO do? Or what have they done? As clueless as they come to strategy, positioning, branding or creative. Wouldn't know how to run a company if they handed him a play book. By the way, someone should. Can someone explain how he got that job? Who lost the bet? It's a parity of an what they think an agency should be. It's like a group of kids playing "Advertising". The next time they start to spout off about their awards, ask them to show you their Lions or International Awards. Big hat. No cattle. Local Addy's? Telly's? Their website is all about them. If I were a client, I'd resign them tomorrow. Again, not a clue of how to grow an agency. Layoffs isn't management.

Pros

- Copious company-funded happy hours, probably to help cheer up overworked, dissatisfied and disillusioned employees. - Enough space to run around and hide from the people constantly asking you to work late. - Many empty desks to duck into with a laptop so you can search for a new job. - When you stare off into the distance wondering why you're still there, you can enjoy great views of Houston.

Cons

The biggest problem from which all others stem: Senior management is scattered, disjointed, unclear on their own concept, and constantly second-guessing their decisions and team. They talk big and deliver little. This trickles down into the rest of the staff being unclear on vision, mission, goals, responsibilities, and everything else they need to know in order to be productive and effective.
