      Inconsistent pay periods

      Great work environment, people are very nice here.

      Cons

      They recently switched to a new pay system, so now we have inconsistent pay periods. Before I knew exactly what day I would get paid, now I dont have a clue when pay day is. This is the most frustrating thing about working here, and my coworkers are very unhappy with not knowing when they will get paid, everyone is not wealthy and look forward to pay days to pay their bills in a timely manner, and this new system just made it very hard to work for this company, not sure if I can continue with unknown pay dates, which anyone should understand.

      Pros

      I work remotely and I have to say...9th Way made me feel like a part of the organization on day one. They have invested in technology so I feel connected and equipped to do my work. My manager, colleagues, and the HR staff are all so responsive and eager to help--a really great culture.

      Haven't experienced anything negative yet.
