Pros
As of for now the pros are barely handful! Work life balance and healthy work culture was the only good thing 99x had. It’s been demolished by the management decisions which are not employee friendly. Work hours change and Company benefiting from employee tax without giving the full benefit to employees through port city transition.
Cons
Salaries and increments are very low! Company is headed on a micromanagement structure with work hours change. Majority of the decisions are not people centric. They are losing very good talent due to poor salary management. Company was over grown and they can’t handle the employees and their salaries. There were so many cost cuttings; no year end bonus, low increments, no annual trips. Also raising these on company mediums were useless as they tend to ignore these true facts from being surfaced. 99x culture is completely lost! Do not expect that if you are joining in if they hire anymore.
