      Amazing team Great Company Culture Putting people first Room to try different roles and grow

      The office in Bergmannstr closes and since then it's become a online first working set up which can be quite a lot sometimes, specially when working with teams in different time zones (US, Australia...)

      - 99designs is constantly evolving its business model how to best connect designers and customers to make the custom creation of graphic design online efficient for everybody involved. It's exciting to see how this empowers creatives and SMBs to get better results - Be surrounded by great design and designers from all around the world, this definitely is a plus at working at 99designs - All the tools in the world are used, sometimes you wondering if you need another tool, but it helps you stay up to date with the latest in tech - The company values their culture and the employees enjoy a good work-life-balance

      Cons

      - Working across 3 offices in 3 timezones can make it hard to feel fully connected with everybody and be properly involved in decision making - Operating on a global stage with just 125 employees brings up many challenges that need to get solved by not so many people

      The great atmosphere you have at 99designs is unique. The team is helpful, the management really works hard to offer the best chances to their coworkers and you really feel like in a big family! I enjoyed my three years at 99designs and I can only recommend it! Thumbs up!
