The organization suffers from poor leadership, starting with the CEO who want to be part of everything, changing every day all the functionalities. The product team is not involved, and sales techniques are outdated by 20 years. Functionalities change constantly, stifling innovation and forcing the team into 10-hour workdays. The goals set are unrealistic and unattainable, and the product, launched with unicorn-level expectations, was rushed without proper technical design or time for thoughtful consideration.
The entire team worked under immense pressure, leading to anxiety and poor morale. It is commonplace for one person to handle the workload of four or five, yet receive the salary of only one. Despite many of us accepting the challenge of hard work, our efforts were met with little recognition and poor treatment.
Management is disconnected from what truly matters, believing their ideas are revolutionary when they are simply more AI products. They don't listen to their employees, there are no career development plans, and their failure to value an incredible team is destined to lead to their downfall. They are sitting on a unique team that any other company would be lucky to have, but they don’t appreciate it.
