Pros
Colleagues in Payrole, Human Resources and Billing do their job very quickly. Good Smartphone. Working from HomeOffice is the new normal.
Cons
The Management does not take serious, that the employees need continously good education to get the job done and there is no organized way of offering education and fullfilling it. Without education the staff is spending much more time on the projects then necessary.

Co-operative team in the company. Love to work with them, Flexible time schedule. Managers are good and friendly. Everyone is professional
Cons
Sometimes feels like communication gap but they are helpful. They do not provide any bonus for the general employee and do not like to increment salary.
