      Pros

      This is truly a great company to work for. Work life balance is genuinely valued. Mark understands that mental health and wellness are large contributors to performance at work and it shows. The schedule is incredibly flexible. Mark is invested in your personal and professional development and has valuable insight on both. Professionally, it is very independent. As an ADM you operate as the project manager and BDR for your campaign. From market analysis, to campaign optimization, to improving company culture, and recruiting and onboarding; you are involved at every level of this company and your input is sought and valued. I was able to leave a lasting impact on this company and make real changes. You are also supported by a great team, boss, and tech stack.

      Cons

      Because it’s a smaller company and Mark is doing the job of 10 people, you have to be a self starter and really take initiative to get things done. Not a con, but something to be aware of.

      This is a company where the team and management works together to ensure success. If you are a fit for 7FA, but don't have the knowledge of the platforms used in their processes, they will help you learn. Work and home balance are nurtured. Working for this company has been nothing but a positive experience.

      Cons

      As this is a smaller company, benefits are a little less competitive than larger companies. However, as the company continues to grow, I see a potential for improvement in that department.
