Takes a long time to be fully qualified without an intense training during probation period. Mental health can be overlooked due to shortage of manpower causing unhappy staffs to create bad environment in store leading to bad reviews everywhere.

1. Work non-stop sometimes do not even have time to break peacefully 2. High turnover lead to staff shortage 3. Worst management ever 4. Work long hour without pay OT, only can claim hours, even you stayback until 3am not because of store maintenance, you need to show them that you are working during that hours 5. Cannot claim grab if you need to stay back until 3 am 6. No uniform allowances although they said it is their benefit to staff 7. Job description is totally different from what you experience in store. You have to do manager job without manager salary 8. Toxic environment 9. No proper management system, department, job division, not organize 10. Always give task last minute and need to done within that day and have to stay back 11. After stay back, you have to come to work at 7 am in the morning next day 12. HR does not follow labour law 13. No bonus, No career progression 14 . Outdated system, outdated terminal machine, ourdated IT 15. Already establised 2 years, but still have too much to improve.
