Reported work on the first day and was given a timetable to follow from 9am till 6pm. Was put in a class to teach students studying for Physics, Chemistry and Biology with different levels. Boss sit-in the class and watched you like a Hawk. Was given only 10 minutes for lunch-break and nothing else. Still have provide personalized tuition for Boss's son in IGCSE Sciences. And after 1 hour of tuition lesson, still need to do inventory for Science lab equipment. Basically, the job is to squeeze teachers out of their ball till the last drop.

High turnover rate is not for no reason. Lacks structure, management and proper teaching and management staff. Not a proper school. No penalties for absenteeism, no proper syllabus or curriculum. It feels more like a tuition centre helping kids to take their IGCSEs as soon as possible. Most students are only here temporarily, which I guess is the reason why they need to be super flexible and thus lack any kind of structure. Poor kids, hope they improve the management and class structures soon.
