They are a group of unorganized people. You don't even know really if you get paid or not. They say it's marketing but come on you're selling services and you're lucky enough to see the fruits of your labor. Don't ever want this place for any one to work. They're not even a full company they are owned and ran by another company that pays the bills and they don't even disclose that on their crappy unfinished website.

Thanks for taking the time to leave some feedback for our office! There are a few clarifications we'd like to make regarding the stated cons. We fancy ourselves a pretty organized bunch. Employees are always paid according to what they've written in their time log. We trust employees to be honest about when they've clocked in and out, and payroll is processed weekly. We don't sell a single thing, though we can schedule appointments for our Sales Manager when requested. We are a full company that operates here in Tempe solely on the profit generated from local clients, and it is because of our client non-disclosure agreements that we do not openly advertise them on our website (though I'm sorry you don't like our layout). Upper management is always available to listen to any grievances fellow employees may have. And lastly, this review was written mid-February 2017 (while our staff hasn't changed in several months) which leads me to believe it was left by someone that was let go under unfortunate circumstances. We still wish you the best, cheers!
During the interviews (there were 3 back to back the same day) they make you feel intelligent and qualified (no matter what, because they will hire anyone willing who says they are ambitious).
Cons
I wasted a week of my life here. It’s a door to door sales job where you try to convince people to switch energy providers . This company operates just as its parent company and uses all the same paperwork and didn’t even bother to change it to 4th dimension because it’s all in all just a giant pyramid scheme. You only make money when you sell making it commission based. They promise you bonuses but promise you that over time ( if you stick to their script) that you will make tons of money and own your own scam company! How wonderful! You’re told to be there by 10 am but expected at 9 and dressed in your finest business attire. Then you sit in a room while the leaders/“owners” go through a very cult-like series of meetings that include chanting and games. They read off ridiculous quotes that are meant to inspire you to think you aren’t just a body they hired to walk around all day with and try to convince people to switch to green energy (in this particular “company”). After these “meetings” with excessive changing and cliche quote filled speeches you change into “field gear” which is your second set of clothes for the day and carpool to the territory selected for the day and you all go out in groups of 4 and then split off once you arrive. You walk around from like 3 pm to 7 pm and then drive an hour back where you conclude with ANOTHER meeting that usually took us past 8 pm. Remember you also aren’t getting paid hourly or salary for all these meetings etc. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! They also never paid me for the initial bonuses I received and the 2 sales I made when I quit.
Lied about pay averages, lied about upward mobility, changed schedule to weekends, part of the Smart Cirlce brand, if you google Smart Circle the first thing that comes up is Scam
