Pros
Family atmosphere: 4flow is one big family. Everybody is extremely genuine and always looking to help. In addition to the normal holiday parties and office events, every Friday everyone in the office has breakfast together (provided by the company). I have found it to be truly a great way to talk about how the week went and get to know more about your colleagues do outside of work. Diversity of Experience: 4flow has a pretty large customer base so the opportunities to work with different customers and on different types of engagements makes the work diverse and exciting. There are opportunities to go on international projects and training opportunities. Talented and Passionate workforce: The employees here really enjoy their jobs and the passion is very visible in their work. Startup atmosphere: More opportunities and room to grow for employees.
Cons
Smaller company: While 4flow has a lot of resources available, but it is a smaller company sitting around 350 employees globally. Hours: 50-55 hours a week depending on the project. This may take some time getting used to if you're coming from a 40 hour job, but is certainly the norm in consulting.
