Flexibility of work hours, understanding of personal lives, really great place to work.

My experience working at 4mile was excellent. Working in the NFP sector, this was a company where the work you are doing on a day to day basis makes a real impact in the community by supporting a wide range of NFP organisations doing truly excellent work. Through my experience as a Team Leader for the Wellington office, I was fortunate enough to meet and work with a wide array of fantastic people both locally in NZ and in Sydney, building long-lasting connections that I feel privileged to be able to take into the rest of my career.
