Pros
Growth minded with people not just being resources. Very attentive to individual needs and setting reasonable expectations.
Cons
Medical Devices are all new to market and SaMD/AI based. Guidances and Regulations are still developing and demands cutting edge regulatory knowledge. Exciting to keep learning, but it is a lot to keep track of in the WW Regulatory space.
