Executive takeover ruined company!

Pros

The pros have definitely disappeared. There is no training, development, or career paths; you are hired for your position then you just work there. Most employees don't get their last paycheck, or all of their last paycheck. HR and payroll are all just one person. Commission checks and other benefits are not actually even being paid at this time, a huge scandal for most employees! Everyone who has left in the last two years has done so due to not receiving their promised compensation, having their base pay decreased, or lack of opportunity.

Cons

Once the executive team came in to "help" this start up company everything went down hill. They brought in a health plan for the first time in company history, however only a small portion of the company was able to afford it, and the coverage was minimal at best. The executive team hides behind prior success and false reputations. If you can get in at the executive level you will be well taken care of, if not, you will be completely disregarded and ignored despite any attempts you make on your behalf to grow in your career. 3XLOGIC has spent/wasted so much money trying to acquire other businesses to their own demise. I would carefully consider any opportunity with this company.
