      Remote work. $500 stipend for recreational and educational endeavors

      Cons

      Huge, unfair benefits disparity. Kaiser benefits only offered to those in California who pay much less for much more. Everyone else gets Cigna benefits and pay MUCH more for MUCH less. Over 50% turnover in a Legal department of a dozen in the last year. HR is worthless. They talk a good game, but DO nothing. Low industry standard salaries.

      See above and look elsewhere! Lots of toxicity lies beneath the surface. People who say otherwise have just overdosed on the kool-aid

      There is no pros to working at this company.

      Cons

      Very low pay. Very horrible dei HR department. There is a lot of discrimination on race. There is also lack of promotion if you are not a dei hire.
