      Pros

      3D Cloud Marxent listens. From the top to the bottom everyone feels important. Communication is open and is welcomed. When issues arise they exhaust all possibilities to address and find solution.

      Cons

      Company is growing too fast. It's sometimes overwhelming to keep up with new people, new projects, new this and new that.

      Working with the latest technology.

      Cons

      Very high employee turnover; especially in departments outside of software development (i.e. QA, art, and data entry). Tremendous pressure to work >40 hour weeks (50-60 hour weeks are common including holidays). Marxent targets, markets itself, and appeals to younger workers (20-30 year olds without families) who are willing to work under these conditions. Make sure you fully understand what you are getting into if you decide to work here.
