      Pros

      If anyone enjoys short term contracts then it would be a great place to work

      Cons

      Mostly very short term projects 6-12 weeks and expect it to be very fast pace with little help or no help. Like other regular managers even my manager wanted to work to be done and how many hour we have worked and how much work life balance they don't care.
