A lot of work. There is not really good software development structure. Work is not being distributed fairly. There is always some naif people that get a lot of work. Most of times working on the weekends. And mostly these works are not paid. Working from home days is only 1 day per week. Salary is less than market. No benefits like pension, gym etc. 25 days holiday instead of 30.
