      Pros

      Probably the least toxic environment i've worked in. Everyone very approachable Competitive comp and good benefits, new hires start at 15 days vacation Tend to promote internally

      WLB is not terrible but could be better Bureaucracy can be frustrating at times Niche industry, not a good fit if you don't like fx

      + Management trust in people + Constant push for innovation with an entrepreneurial attitude + Speed in taking decisions + Flat hierarchies + Cool design office space (downtown, not in Eschborn, where DB AG sits + nice rooftop terrace) + Highly international & young work environment (e.g., no German language requirements) + Great training/development opportunities (via 360T, DB AG and external) + Embrace diversity - e.g., evidenced by many women in office & leadership positions + Flexible working times (particularly for parents)

      Cons

      - IT integration vis-à-vis German Stock Exchange sometimes challenging due to different system setups - Coffee machines sometimes not working :-( - Parking challenging
