Good location/scenery Good staff, easy to make friends A lot to do

Cons

The general manager of this place knows nothing about running a business and it just bad at her job. They don’t value employees at all, good luck getting any time off bc they’d rather fire you than give you a day to breathe. Bad pay, unless you’re sleeping with a manager (which many people were) get ready to be used & abused. Tons of drama as is expected in seasonal jobs. Restaurant manager specifically is very inappropriate w employees very strange relationships with younger staff.

The actual area itself is beautiful but the pros of the job are limited at best

Cons

The upper management is racist and nuts The housing is DIRTY and I mean insects/filthy/crowded dirty The kitchen/restaurant is full of insects/uncleaned equipment/underage drinking and the menu is a COMPLETE lie to the public It feels like reality tv in the worst possible way

Extremely Bad General Manager. Lied to me and violated Montana Labor Law(s) I was coerced into doing additional Job duties that I did NOT agree to do in my Employment Agreement. DO NOT Work for the 320 Guest Ranch!

Cons

Everything except for some of my Fellow Employees.

Hello, I'm so sorry to hear that you were required to work job duties that were not in your employment agreement. We have since tried to improve our hiring process to set work expectations appropriately. The Ranch has also changed management moving into 2022.
