Pros
- You have ownership of campaigns because management is clueless - You get to travel for work (although management will complain if your accommodations are anything above minimal - think one level above the Motel 6)
Cons
- management is absolutely clueless, the company is operated by a bunch of 20-somethings who are personal friends with the CEO. - All of the managers micro-"manage" (if you can even call it managing) - No job security, the company isn't generating revenue so they are at the becking call of investors. - the app doesn't actually do what it is advertises, so you will be forced to lie to agents, influencers, and brands (!!!) - SUPER SHADY! They'll lie about everything to their employees even though you can see the truth on the back end. - For a startup, they literally have no perks for fulltime employees and a negative company culture. If you ask for a perk - like 401k matching or a WFH day - they'll explain that it isn't a law or required in the US. - Two words: SAVE YOURSELF
