We are a group of 1Tab ex-employees who are chasing 1Tab HR and 1Tab's CEO Sunil Tripathy for the last seven months to pay our Full and final settlement amount. Their CEO Sunil Tripathy is such an unprofessional person with zero work ethics that he is not paying salaries to the employees who left. We had no option than posting here to caution all of you who are planning to leave 1Tab, we know they are many waiting to leave in queue. Please leave on the day salary gets deposited in your bank account. New Joinees: Sunil Tripathy only believes in transactional based hiring. So, do not spoil your career by even thinking of joining this failure 1Tab company. He will use you and then will question himself do I need this resource now. He likes to blame others for his own failure. CEO will not talk much simply ignore employees conversation as he has very less knowledge about the healthcare business to run. The highest star rating reviews are all fake which are posted by their own employees with their own or fake profiles forcefully asked by Sunil Tripathy. if you don’t believe, get in touch with ex-employees they will tell you the reality. Have you ever seen a CEO of the company who likes to save money by not paying salaries, delaying them, not pay Full and final settlement amount to ex-employees and earn interest on them, etc. just to have his own personal fixed accounts to run his own set of businesses. If you haven’t met such a person meet Sunil Tripathy, the person who calls himself a successful businessman Sunil Tripathy. In these covid times, we are not yet paid full and final settlement salary, our hard earned money for last 7 months, we demand immediate deposit into our bank accounts.
