- Ability to advance within the company if the skills are there and/or if you are willing to learn the skills and then apply them to the position you're interested in. - Curiosity is encouraged. If you aren't sure how to do something, asking is welcomed and people are willing to help. - Smart and creative team makes it interesting to see the outcome and how things evolve. - Expertise/skills in things not pertaining to your current position are embraced and happily accepted to assist in other areas of the company in order to provide better services or to make things more streamlined and efficient. - Ideas are always welcome. If you think something within the CRM system can be improved or a strategy could be more focused or redirected, there are always ears willing to listen so the company can adapt and become even better. Etc. - There is always someone to help answer a questions or assist in solving an issue so new employees never need to feel out of the loop; simply ask and someone will help. - The company is very open-minded and willing to make changes to improve services and culture. - Little to no micromanaging. If you make sure to do your job properly, you will be valued.
