Pros
This is an environment where everyone is respected, and all opinions are taken into consideration and valued. The CEO cares about everyone on a personal, and professional level, taking time to get to know everyone as individuals - and to understand what drives and motivates the team. She also cares about our long term career goals, to ensure we are getting the right amount of challenge to continue growing. I have never been in a work environment as good as this - I am able to be the best version of myself, both professionally and personally, due to the support and guidance I receive at 1Centre - along with the management, and friendship, from leadership and my colleagues. The CEO is very understanding that life happens - and has been very accommodating and flexible when things come up that mean a change in the normal schedule. To summarise, I am able to be my best and most authentic self with 1Centre - I truly think it will be very hard to find another role after this, as it's too tough of an act to follow.
