Been there for 5years had three district mangers and still no pay raise.no room for growth.cheap company they use Technology from the Stone Age...nothin is modern or upto date.

Learn hard side of retail, flexible schedule, learn about different fabrics and materials of clothes

Cons

Bad employee treatment, unorganized, bad team leaders, district managers don't care about store employees, low employee moral, no real chance for pay raise, unfair pay between employees, biased hiring methods

Micromanagement -zero training programs - numbers important not people - work life balance zero - associates are not provided yearly reviews - no increases -associates are not valued or appreciated - not compensated accordingly during holidays although they claim to I would not even give them a 1 rating . False promises and misrepresentation when hired . Truly the worst leadership and environment . Toxic . Turnover is so high as a result . Lost numerous top talent due to all of the above . Not willing to compensate talent as they deserve . I stuck it out thinking I could make a positive impact only to learn as tone went on it went on deaf ears and they just didn’t care . The buck is the only priority . Very sad
