When someone yells "Hit the deck!" there is a good chance the deck was built by U.S. Structures Inc. The firm designs and sells custom-built decks, gazebos, screened porches, pergolas, and sunrooms through about 75 Archadeck franchises in some 30 states in the US, Canada, and Japan. The company also provides remodeling options to homeowners through its range of products that expand usable living floor space. Founded in Richmond, Virginia in 1980, Archadeck has grown to become one of the largest deck builders in the nation.
