SPI's clients come from industries such as financial services, health care, manufacturing, and telecommunications. Clients include the US Department of Agriculture and the US Department of Defense (the company holds security clearances), as well as General Motors, Raytheon, and Texas Instruments. Founded by CEO Reena Batra in 1992, SPI has operations in Texas and in India. Batra owns the company.
