Risanamento is a real estate development and investment company, primarily operating commercial and residential real estate in Italy. It owns some 2.5 million sq. meters of leasable space and has more under development. Among its completed projects are Milano Santa Giulia, a mixed-use scheme of residences, offices, retail, and leisure centers on an old industrial site in Milan. It also acquired and plans to develop a 5,000 square-meter property on France's famed Champs Elysées. Risanamento is the property arm of Gruppo Zunino. Founder Luigi Zunino owns roughly three-quarters of the company.
