International Rehabilitation Associates (better known as Intracorp) has a primary interest is getting people well and keeping them that way. Founded in 1970, Intracorp is a subsidiary of US health insurance company CIGNA. The company provides health management and wellness services under the CareAllies brand. Intracorp's major customers consist of employers, insurance companies, and other health plan administrators. Service offerings include health coaching, disease management, and healthy rewards programs. Cost-containment services provider GENEX acquired Intracorp's workers' compensation and disability case management operations in 2010; CIGNA plans to rename the remaining Intracorp operations.
