This is standard across the industry and across the world, but naturally the interests of the shareholders come above the interests of the employees. Not mad at it, just a fact.

Friendly and straightforward, was asked to complete a test. Interviewed by 2 people, but didn’t feel over the top. Nice buildings and the process moved quickly after that (offered 2nd interview and then offered the job soon after)
