About The Keystone Global Ltd
The Keystone Global Ltd is a specialist management consultancy headquartered in Auckland, New Zealand, with primary market focus on the Middle East (UAE, KSA, Oman, Bahrain) and the Asia-Pacific region (Singapore). The firm delivers enterprise-grade Programme and Portfolio Management (PPM), transformation leadership, and AI governance services to senior leadership teams navigating complex, high-stakes programmes.
The company operates across four integrated practice areas: PM/PMO Advisory & Implementation, Enterprise Transformation Management, AI Governance & Implementation, and Maturity Uplift & Sustained Improvement. With a significant initial 12-month projected revenue and a pipeline that spans training cohorts, direct PM consultancy, event management, and international partner collaborations, The Keystone Global is in an active growth phase — scaling from a lean founding team into a regionally recognised delivery partner.
A core strategic priority for the firm is accelerating market penetration in the Middle East and activating business development in Singapore and New Zealand. The firm's go-to-market model depends on a senior, commercially credible executive who can open doors, build pipeline, and represent The Keystone Global's premium brand proposition with credibility and authority.
Role Purpose
The Business Development and Operations Director is a senior leadership role created to drive commercial growth across The Keystone Global's target geographies. The role holder will own the firm's revenue pipeline development, client relationship strategy, and go-to-market execution — with a particular mandate to activate and grow the Middle East market, which represents the firm's highest-value opportunity.
This is an executive-level appointment requiring a rare combination of deep Middle East commercial experience, senior stakeholder relationship capability, technical credibility in industrial and enterprise markets, and the ability to operate independently with entrepreneurial drive. The role directly enables The Keystone Global's financial projections and underpins the firm's Year 1 and Year 2 revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
A. Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Lead market development and client acquisition across the firm's primary (UAE, KSA, Oman, Bahrain), secondary (Singapore), and tertiary (New Zealand) markets, in direct execution of the firm's go-to-market strategy.
- Activate and convert the firm's existing Middle East network into contracted engagements across PM advisory, transformation management, and training.
- Build and maintain a commercial pipeline consistent with the firm's 12-month revenue forecast, managing progress against monthly income drivers across all revenue categories.
- Develop entry products and proposals tailored to target client profiles: Heads of Delivery, COOs, Portfolio Directors, and CIOs in government entities, infrastructure developers, and large corporates.
- Manage and grow the firm's referral programme and strategic partner network, including training providers, advisory firms, system integrators, and recruitment networks in target markets.
- Represent The Keystone Global at PMI chapter events, trade delegations, and industry forums across Gulf and APAC markets to generate qualified leads and build brand recognition.
B. Operations & Business Management
- Own the firm's day-to-day operational management: tool governance (MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Monday.com, Power BI, SharePoint), CRM maintenance, proposal templates, and delivery documentation standards.
- Coordinate the firm's associate network — sourcing, onboarding, and managing experienced PM practitioners, change managers, and business analysts deployable across client engagements as demand requires.
- Track financial performance against the monthly cash flow forecast, supporting the Founder with variance analysis, expense management, and forward revenue projections.
- Manage Statement of Work (SOW) development, scope documentation, and client acceptance processes in accordance with the firm's quality and governance standards.
- Oversee operational logistics for training cohorts, delegation engagements, and event management programmes — including venue, scheduling, facilitator coordination, and post-event reporting.
- Maintain the firm's internal quality assurance processes: client feedback loops, continuous improvement documentation, and the firm's delivery template and lessons-learned library.
C. Strategic Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the senior point of contact for key accounts across the Middle East and APAC, engaging at C-suite and board level with the authority and credibility consistent with the firm's premium positioning.
- Cultivate long-term client relationships with government entities, infrastructure developers, and large corporates — the firm's primary target client profile in the GCC.
- Support the Founder in executive steering committee participation and board-level reporting for high-value engagements where senior commercial representation is required.
- Manage client satisfaction processes, including milestone feedback, relationship reviews, and referral generation from completed engagements.
D. Brand, Marketing & Go-to-Market Execution
- Collaborate with the Founder on LinkedIn thought leadership strategy, producing or supporting weekly insight content targeting senior decision-makers in Gulf and APAC markets.
- Contribute to website content development, case study documentation, and credentials materials — ensuring the firm's market positioning as a Strategic Delivery Partner is consistently represented.
- Support the packaging and promotion of entry product offerings, ensuring pricing, scope, and value proposition are calibrated to market expectations in each geography.
- Provide ongoing market intelligence on competitor positioning, client priorities, and sector trends across the GCC and Singapore markets.
