Typical Job Description

• An Investment Operations Analyst is responsible for:
• Processing and monitoring investment trades (equities, bonds, funds, derivatives).
• Reconciling cash, securities, and portfolio positions.
• Managing trade settlement with brokers and custodians.
• Monitoring corporate actions such as dividends, stock splits, mergers, and rights issues.
• Investigating and resolving trade or settlement discrepancies.
• Preparing operational, regulatory, and client reports.
• Maintaining investment and market data.
• Supporting fund managers, portfolio managers, and compliance teams.
• Identifying opportunities to improve operational processes and controls.

Pay: $6,700.00 – $7,500.00 per month
