We are seeking a warm, organised, and community-minded Village Lifestyle Coordinator to join our team at Shona McFarlane Retirement Village. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing people together, creating meaningful experiences, and helping residents stay active, connected, and engaged. Experience coordinating events, social activities, community programmes, or customer-facing services would be highly valued, but it is not essential.

As the Village Lifestyle you will be working alongside the wider Activities and Resident Experience team, you'll coordinate engaging activities, events, and functions that enrich the lives of our residents while fostering meaningful connections and a strong sense of community. This full-time role is primarily Monday to Friday, with occasional flexibility required to support special evening and weekend events.
