Support Business Development Managers and Account Managers with systems, reporting and process improvements

Map and improve sales processes across Australia, New Zealand and the UK
Collaborate across teams to solve operational challenges and remove barriers to success
Champion AI, automation and digital tools that improve productivity, decision-making and customer outcomes
You'll thrive in this role if you're someone who enjoys taking ownership, operates independently and is comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
We're particularly interested in professionals who bring:
3-5 years' experience in Sales Operations, Business Analysis or a similar operational role
Strong Salesforce experience, including reporting, pipeline management and process governance
Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with operational data
Experience supporting sales teams and influencing stakeholders at multiple levels

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A proactive approach and ability to work with limited direction
Highly Regarded
