About the role
We are now looking for a Digital Director to take hands on responsibility for delivering best-in-class delivery for our client while offering and implementing innovative communication strategies within our digital space.
Responsible for managing client expectations, timelines and budgets internally and externally;
Make recommendations and consult based on a thorough understanding of client's business, industry and category;
Delegate responsibilities to direct reports, to enable them to build their capabilities while offering coaching and guidance;
Proactive participation in new business pitches when required anywhere from brainstorms to reporting
Skills & Experience
- 6+ years of relevant digital media agency experience with planning/buying background
- Good understanding of digital media fundamentals and strategic planning capabilities across several channels
- Previous management experience desirable
- Ability to challenge others - whether this is internally, a client or a creative agency
- Ability to problem solve, coach and mentor others while encouraging a positive agency culture across collaboration and integration
