About the role:

As the Project Operations Manager, you will oversee project operations, optimise workflows, manage resources, and ensure projects are delivered efficiently and effectively. You will work closely with internal teams, clients, and leadership to support strategic objectives and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day project operations and delivery activities
• Coordinate project schedules, resources, budgets, and reporting
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
• Develop and improve operational processes and project workflows
• Monitor project performance, risks, and compliance requirements
• Lead communication between stakeholders, clients, and project teams
• Support continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
• Prepare operational and project performance reports for leadership

What you Bring:

• Proven experience in project operations, project management, or operational leadership roles
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
• Experience with project management tools and reporting systems
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Relevant tertiary qualification or project management certification preferred
